01 What you write about the patent stays inside The content of a patent draft is not sent to external AI providers. It is a product rule and not a setting you have to switch on: before filing, a disclosure cannot be undone.
02 Reach the specialist with the draft already done The conversation with whoever acts as your industrial property agent starts with a drafted specification, a novelty analysis and the claims on the table. Prior art is searched separately, in EPO/Espacenet, USPTO and Google Patents, and in the EUIPO design register when the route is industrial design: the draft consults no external source.
03 The grant proposal already knows the project The draft starts from what is already in the platform —TRL/MRL maturity, plan, risks and the portfolio’s industrial property—, so it describes your case and not a generic one. And Radar re-runs the search against the BDNS on its own and alerts you when something that fits comes out, instead of having to go back to the search.
