The whole project, in one place
Plan, risks, documents and maturity share the same context. What’s decided in one part is known by the rest, and the project’s status updates with the work, not with meetings.
See the path and what threatens it
Planning shows which tasks drive the end date and which have slack.
What can fail, with what impact and what action mitigates it, reviewed in every phase.
Documents, decisions and notes stay in the project record, not in scattered emails.
The module’s tools
They all work on the same project: they share its context and feed the maturity tracking.
Planner
Tasks, subtasks, milestones, dependencies and owners, with critical path.
Risks
Risk and opportunity register with its mitigation plan.
TRL-MRL tracking
The project’s progress by phase, with the evidence backing it.
Notes and files
Minutes, decisions and project documents, with the team involved.
Where it is used
This module lives inside a project: without its context —plan, risks, documents, maturity— it would have nothing to work with. It’s the module that holds up the vitamINN methodology.
The agent can propose the plan
The industrial agent reads the project and proposes the plan’s phases and tasks from what’s already there. A person adjusts and confirms.
Progress feeds maturity
Closing tasks and adding evidence moves the TRL-MRL tracking. Plan and maturity stop being two separate worlds.
A plan and a risk matrix you can present
Planning and the risk register export for a steering committee, a client or a grant proposal, with the project’s real status.
